About

Wayne Peterson, FAGO, ChM, currently chairs the AGO’s Committee on Membership Development and Chapter Support and has held various AGO leadership positions, including chapter dean and Indiana District Convener.

Peterson is the Music Director of Trinity Episcopal Church, Fort Wayne (since 1987), holds degrees from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, Concordia University—Chicago, and the Graduate Theological Foundation, with additional study at the Royal School of Church Music, McGill University, and coaching with Marie Louise Langlais, Olivier Latry, and David Hill.

He is a member of the Association of Anglican Musicians, Pi Kappa Lambda (honorary music society), Sigma Alpha Iota (honorary Friend of the Arts), Quest Club, and past president of Indiana Organists United (JSOM organ alumni).
